Where Innovation Meets the Oceanfront

The 2026 WCET® - NSWOCC® Joint Congress will take place at the iconic East Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre — a breathtaking venue set along the city’s scenic waterfront. Recognizable by its striking white sails and “Canada Place” sign, this state-of-the-art facility offers sweeping views of the North Shore Mountains and the Burrard Inlet, providing the perfect backdrop for a world-class event.

 

Inside, the Congress will be hosted on two levels:

  • Exhibition Hall B (Convention Level) will house the bustling Exhibit Hall, where companies from around the globe will connect with delegates.

    • Exhibition Hall A will serve as the grand Plenary Room, where keynotes and major sessions will take place.

  • Additional concurrent sessions, networking spaces, and meeting rooms will be located on the second-level Meeting Level, ensuring a cohesive and easy-to-navigate experience for attendees.

How to Book

  1. You must confirm your partnership level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Exhibitor) using the booking form on our website before you can select any additional sponsorship.

    1. Note: additional sponsorship opportunities are NOT automatically included in any partnership level. You must choose an additional sponsorship level from the booking form below in order to reserve it.​

  2. The booking period opens Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 12PM ET (5PM London, UK) and close after four weeks on September 4, 2025.

  3. Opportunities will be allocated based on partnership level priority. In cases of duplicate requests at the same level, a randomized selection will be used.

  4. Booking remains open beyond September 4, 2025 until all opportunities are filled. Requests will be reviewed weekly on Thursdays.
