Lead Retrieval Access & Instructions for Sponsors & Exhibitors

With the WCET®–NSWOCC® 2026 Joint Congress just around the corner, we wanted to share some important information to help you make the most of your onsite experience—particularly around Lead Retrieval.

Lead Retrieval is a powerful digital tool that allows you to quickly and efficiently capture attendee contact information by scanning QR codes on delegate badges. This replaces the need for traditional business cards and provides a more streamlined, organized way to track booth engagement and follow up after the Congress.

How It Works

Use the PheedLoop Go! app to scan attendee QR codes directly from their badges
Scanning must be done using the “Lead Capture” feature within the app (not your phone’s camera) from the sidebar menu in the app.
- Only assigned Managers in your Exhibitor Portal will have access to Lead Retrieval/Capture.
- If you believe you should be seeing the Lead Retrieval/Capture option, but you don't see it in your app's sidebar on your phone, check that you have been assigned as a manager in your exhibitor portal.
After scanning, you’ll be able to:
- View a preview of attendee information
- Add ratings and internal notes for each lead
To access full lead details:
- Log into the Exhibitor Portal via desktop
- Export your leads as a CSV file for post-event follow-up

Access & Availability

Lead Retrieval is included for all Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors
Exhibitors can purchase access for $199 through the Exhibitor Portal
We have enabled Lead Retrieval for all eligible sponsors as of today, so you’re welcome to test the feature in advance of the event

Within the portal, you can:

Manage your company profile
Assign Managers who can access Lead Retrieval
Download/export captured leads

Important Note on Managers:

All assigned Managers will have access to Lead Retrieval/Capture. If you believe you should be seeing the Lead Retrieval/Capture option, but you don't see it in your app's sidebar on your phone, check that you have been assigned as a manager in your exhibitor portal.
Managers do not need to be registered attendees or have a badge
This allows off-site team members (e.g., sales, marketing, leadership) to:
- Monitor incoming leads in real time
- Support follow-up and data management during the event

You may assign managers based on your allotted number as outlined in the Corporate Partnership Guide.

Event App Access (PheedLoop Go!)

An invitation to access the event app will be sent to all attendees shortly.

This is a great opportunity to:

Familiarize yourself with the Lead Capture tool
Preview how your organization/company profile will appear to attendees within the app

Not-for-Profit, Registered Charity & Local Vendor/Small Business Access

For our not-for-profit organizations, registered charities, and local vendor/small business exhibitors, Lead Retrieval is also available for purchase through the Exhibitor Portal, if desired.

An invitation email should have already been sent to your primary contact with access to the Exhibitor Portal
This portal is where you can:
- Purchase Lead Retrieval
- Update your organization profile and listing
