Poster Printing & Display Guidelines

  1. Poster Size & Orientation (Important)

    • Posters must be printed in portrait orientation.

    • Posters must not exceed A0 size.

    • The maximum allowed width is 841 mm (33.1 inches). This width cannot be exceeded.

    • Why this matters: Each poster board will hold two posters side by side. Posters wider than 841 mm (33.1 inches) will not fit and cannot be displayed properly.

  1. A0 (Portrait) – Maximum Dimensions:

    • Width: 841 mm (33.1 inches) — maximum

    • Height: 1189 mm (46.8 inches)

    • Final maximum poster size: 841 mm × 1189 mm (33.1 in × 46.8 in)

Posters may be printed smaller, but must not be wider than 841 mm (33.1 inches).

  2. Design & Readability

    • Titles, text, tables, graphs, and images must be readable from 1.5 metres (5 feet).

    • Use large fonts, strong contrast, and clear visuals.

    • If your poster is printed smaller than A0 (for example, A1), ensure all content remains legible at viewing distance.
