Delegate Bag Inserts (Included Benefit – Optional)

• As part of your sponsorship benefits (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze), you may include a printed insert in the delegate bags.

• Sponsors are responsible for the design, printing, and shipping of inserts.

• Inserts may be single- or double-sided, based on your preference.

Insert size is based on your sponsorship level as outlined below:

1. Platinum: Full Page: 8.5” x 11”

2. Gold: 1/2 Page:

3. 8.5” (W) x 5.5” (H) OR

4. 4.25” (W) x 11” (H)

5. Silver: 1/4 Page: 4.25” x 5.5”

6. Bronze: 1/4 Page: 4.25” x 5.5”

7. Exhibitors: Not included in the exhibitor package

Shipping & Delivery Instructions

To ensure your materials are included in all delegate bags, please follow the guidelines below:

Delivery Window

1. Accepted starting: April 21, 2026

2. Deadline: April 23, 2026

3. Early registration opens at 3:00 PM on April 23, so delivery between April 21–22 is strongly recommended.
