Networking Event - Rock (WOC) around the World! -
Saturday, April 26th, 2026 - 7:30PM-9:30PM
Join us for a lively evening of connection, music, and global networking at the Congress Networking Event: Rock (WOC) Around the World. This year’s theme is Rock and Roll!
This event is your chance to relax, have fun, and meet colleagues from across the globe in an informal and energetic setting. Feel free to embrace the theme if you’d like, whether that means channeling your inner rock star or simply enjoying the atmosphere.
Don’t forget to bring your appetite, as we will have pizza, poutine, and sushi stations, with dietary restrictions accommodated, including gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian options. Cash bars will also be available.
One of the highlights of the evening will be our lip-sync performances led by industry captains. Attendees who want to join the fun can sign up to be part of a networking team made up of Canadian and international clinicians and industry members. Teams will work together to choreograph a short rock and roll lip-sync performance that will take the stage in the plenary room. Participation is completely optional, but it’s a fantastic way to connect, collaborate, and share a few laughs with colleagues from around the world.
Join a Networking Event Team -
If you’d like to join a team, please complete the signup form by March 31 and we’ll connect you with an industry captain and fellow performers. This has been one of the most popular events at past NSWOCC conferences, and we’re thrilled to bring it to the stage at the WCET–NSWOCC Joint Congress.
Haven’t purchased your ticket yet?
Networking event tickets are available for $65 and can be added under the “Add-ons” section on the Congress registration page.
